Guest must electronically sign a Registration form providing the following information and documentation:

Date of birth

Photo of a valid, non-expired government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, or passport)

Photo of the credit card used to pay for the reservation and security deposit (both front and back)

Failure or refusal to sign will result in immediate cancellation
Arrival
- For security purposes, the cardholder must be present at check-in. Additionally, guest is required to undergo live verification to ensure the guest matches the photo of the cardholder. Access to the property will only be provided after successful verification.
Security Deposit
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: In accordance with our booking conditions, a security deposit will be held three (3) days prior to the commencement of your reservation and released seven (7) days after your departure from our property. This policy is non-negotiable. The handling of this deposit depends on the type of card used for the transaction:
-Credit Card: If you provide the security deposit via a credit card, your banking institution will implement a hold on the necessary amount. The funds will remain available in your account but earmarked for the deposit until it is released.
-Debit Card: If you choose to use a debit card for the deposit, your bank will subtract the deposit amount from your available balance and hold these funds until they are released, which will be seven (7) days after your departure. - Please note that every seven (7) days, your security deposit will be renewed. This implies that the original hold or debit on your card will be voided and a fresh deposit will be initiated. Consequently, due to the practices of banking institutions, it is possible for two holds or debits to be active simultaneously on your account. We urge you to engage with your banking institution for the prompt release of your funds. Regrettably, we do not have the capability to expedite this process as each bank adheres to its unique policies regarding holds and releases.
- Post-Reservation Security Deposit Hold: Even after your reservation has concluded, a new security deposit might still be held on your card. The reason for this is our policy to keep the security deposit active until seven (7) days post-departure to account for any potential incidentals or damages identified after your departure. We recognize that this might temporarily affect your available balance or credit limit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this policy, but please know it is intended to protect the interests of both parties. As always, we recommend reaching out to your banking institution for further clarification or assistance in the matter.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancelation policy applies to all reservations with no exceptions:
Guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee*) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 30% (less cancellation fee*) if cancellation occurs more than 31 days before arrival; Guest receives 10% (less cancellation fee*) if cancellation occurs more than 5 days before arrival; No refunds within 5 days of arrival.
We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance, either standard or CFAR (cancel for any reason), while booking a vacation rental. Cancellations or date changes are frequent, and having travel insurance proves beneficial in unforeseen situations. Our software offers travel insurance directly, and we can provide links for purchasing it during your booking process. For inquiries, please feel free to contact us. Standard travel insurance typically costs around 8%, while CFAR insurance is approximately 9%.
