You'll enjoy the convenience of a stocked coffee station and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and an on-site laundry machine. The apartment also includes one designated parking spot, with additional guest parking available, making it perfect for long-term stays. Plus, there are no stairs to worry about!

The Master Bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a Queen-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, fresh linens, blackout curtains, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attached Master Bathroom features a refreshing shower with great water pressure, and you'll receive one bath towel and one personal towel per guest. The on-site laundry machine adds extra convenience.

Our Fully Stocked Kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes.

Please note that the building consists of 6 units, with the other 5 units being long-term rentals, so you may encounter some traffic in the common areas. However, you'll have the convenience of your own private parking space and entrance. An EV charger is available for your use as well.

For a seamless stay, we kindly request the ID of the person making the reservation, a signed rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the name on the ID matches the reservation details, ID, and credit card on file. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
