The Master Bedroom offers a haven of comfort with a King-size bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, fresh linen, blackout curtains, and all the amenities you need for a restful stay. The attached Master Bathroom features a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, and one bath and Personal Towel per person. There is also an laundry machine on-site for your convenience.

Our Fully Stocked Kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes for your culinary adventures.

Please note that our 6-unit building includes long-term rentals in the other 5 units, so you may encounter some traffic. However, you'll have your own parking spot and entrance to the apartment for added convenience. EV charger is also available.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ten percent (10.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
