Our fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, Ninja Blender, Insta-Pot, oven, 4-stove cooktop, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes, ensuring your culinary needs are met. The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a functional working desk paired with a comfortable chair, and a dining area that seats four, perfect for meals or gatherings.

For your comfort, the master bedroom features a King size bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. A dresser provides ample storage space, and a Smart TV offers entertainment at your fingertips. Fresh linen, mattress protector, comforters, central A/C, and blackout curtains. The master bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, towels, and a vanity.
Please note that this is a 6-unit building with long-term rentals in the other units, so expect some traffic. However, you'll have your own parking spot and entrance to the apartment. There is also an EV charger for your convenience. Please be aware that the property does not have a mailbox.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
