Escape to your perfect getaway nestled on Sunshine Dr in the heart of Coconut Creek, FL, our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. With comfortable accommodations and modern amenities, Palm Wave Stays is your ideal home base for exploring all that Coconut Creek has to offer.

The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed with fresh linens and a mattress protector, ensuring you have a great night’s rest. You’ll also find a smart TV for your entertainment, a spacious walk-in closet, and blackout curtains for undisturbed sleep. The room is equipped with central A/C and has nightstands with USB chargers for added convenience.

The second bedroom provides two twin beds with trundle for extra guests. It comes with its own smart TV, a walk-in closet, fresh linens, and mattress protectors. Like the master bedroom, it has central A/C, blackout curtains, and nightstands with USB chargers to make your stay comfortable.

In the living room, there’s a sofa that can be transformed into a pull-out bed. There’s also a 55-inch smart TV, a work desk with a chair, and a coffee station! Plus, there are three roll-out beds available if needed for additional sleeping space.

Next to the living room, you’ll find the dining area with a table that comfortably seats eight, located conveniently near the kitchen.

The property includes two bathrooms: one is an en-suite in the master bedroom, and the other is a guest bathroom. One has a shower-tub combination, and the other is a walk-in shower. Both provide great water pressure, and towels are provided for each guest.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ten percent (10.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-a $500 security deposit hold will be held on your credit card when making a reservation. -Temporary Stay Agreement must be E-signed before your arrival. Your reservation will be canceled if you refuse or fail to sign it. -A picture of your ID might be requested before arrival.
