With a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this setup comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families, work groups, or friends traveling together. Guests can enjoy staying together in one property while still having separate living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and dining spaces for added privacy and convenience.

Each of the six bedrooms is prepared for comfort, with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, storage space, and a TV in every bedroom. The home includes 3 bedrooms with queen beds and 3 bedrooms with two twin beds each (each unit has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with 2 twin beds), giving larger groups a flexible and practical sleeping setup.

Each unit has its own living room and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy for your group to relax, cook, and enjoy meals together. The kitchens feature modern stainless steel appliances, 4-burner gas stoves, dishwashers, and convenient coffee stations to help start your mornings right.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. One space is located at the back of the garage, and two spaces are in front of the garage. Please note that the parking area is compact, so if you are bringing an SUV or larger vehicle, let us know in advance.

Additional street parking may be available, but guests must carefully check all posted signs. Some areas may require a permit. RVs and trailers are not allowed to park on the street and may be ticketed.

Please note that this property is exclusively for short-term stays and does not include mailbox access. ID verification may be required before check-in.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
