Our kitchen is a food lover's dream, equipped with a spacious fridge, Ninja blender, Insta-Pot, four-stove cooktop, oven, coffee station, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes. Step outside to our delightful backyard and relish an outdoor dining experience at our charming table for two. Whether it's sipping morning coffee or star-gazing at night, this space is your favorite hideaway.

Retreat to the master bedroom, adorned with a luxurious King-sized bed. Enjoy late-night entertainment on the smart TV or explore your wardrobe in the spacious closet. Fresh linens and a mattress protector ensure your comfort, while the A/C and curtains offer a serene environment. A nightstand, night lamp, and stylish dresser complete this cozy sanctuary. The ensuite master bathroom boasts an invigorating shower with fantastic hot water pressure and includes an in-house washer and dryer for added convenience. Each guest is treated to bath and personal towels, adding a touch of pampering to your stay.

While we don't provide driveway or garage parking, ample street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. Kindly refrain from parking in the driveway reserved for the front unit to ensure a smooth stay.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Ten percent (10.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
